The Role:
The EA/HR Co-ordinator will provide high end administration support to the Chief People Officer and the wider HR team assisting with the co-ordination of HR activities and projects across various portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high end administration support to the Chief People Officer
- Assisting the CPO deliver on initiatives/strategy & programs
- Diary management/email management
- Travel arrangements
- Preparation of confidential correspondence
- Expense and invoice management for CPO and wider HR team
- Attend monthly HR management meetings
- Create presentations and forms and documents
- Proactively assist in the creation of efficient processes
- Management of key HR accounts
- Assist, manage and co-ordinate HR projects in line with the HR strategy
- Management and the administration of HR processes and procedures
- Managing HR data and monthly reporting
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualities & experience you will need to succeed
- Ideally 5+ years executive/administration experience supporting C-suite/HR exec/teams
- HR experience highly regarded
- Strong organisational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proactive
- Show initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
- Sound problem solving skills
- Collaborative and a team player
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Degree in HR or equivalent highly regarded
- Advance Microsoft Office skills a must
