A high performing executive assistant is sought to provide high level administrative assistance to the Group CEO and support the effective and efficent operation of the Executive Office and National Board.
Key areas of accountabilities:
- Responsible for the provision of high level executive support to the Group CEO, including managing the Group CEO diary and scheduling of appointments;
- Organise Group CEO travel and accommodation;
- Assist the Group CEO to manage documents and meeting papers;
- Responsible for preparation of reports, correspondence and other general business documents for the Group CEO and Executive Office.
- Liaise with the Leadership Group and other senior staff across the organisation;
- Coordinate communication and administrative processes with the Executive Assistants to the other CEOs;
- Undertake special projects as directed by the Group CEO
- Support the Group CEO, Executive Office with the preparations for meetings of the National Board and its Committees, the Leadership Group and Executive Group;
- Duties include but are not limited to making room, equipment and catering bookings; helping to draft the meeting agendas; copying and distributing meeting papers; and setting up rooms for meetings; and
- Provide general administrative support to staff as and when required, including travel bookings
To be successful you must:
- AVAILABLE TO COMMENCE 2 JANUARY 2020
- COMMITTMENT TO THE TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS
- Demonstrated experience working in a confidential environment, supporting a senior manager(s)
- Ability to work proactively, autonomously and plan accordingly with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with the CEO
- Ability to handle priorities, deadlines and multiple tasks in a calm and efficient manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with strong service approach
- Resilient
- Clear thinker with good judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
