About the position
Leading Professional Services firm is seeking the services of a highly experienced executive assistant to provide support to two Partners.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to two partners
- Diary arrangements
- Co-ordinating meetings both internal and external clients/customer
- Formatting documents
- Producing reports and documents
- Client billing/invoicing
- Travel arrangements for partners and extended team members
- Managing extensive diary arrangements
- Minutes of meetings
- Arranging events for the office & extended team
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience supporting multiple senior executives
- 3 to 5 years previous experience within professional services
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- High attention to detail
- High presentation skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft skills including Excel a must!
- Billing experience/invoicing
- Ability to work under pressure
