ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY
PART-TIME FLEXIBILITY OFFERED
EA/OFFICE MANAGER
WFH OR ANY LOCATION
Provide high level administrative and office/business management support to successful engineering firm who are a trusted advisor, delivering accurate, thorough, and reliable professional services to the civil, mining and construction industries across Australia and overseas. The role will see you utilise your strong administration and business/office management support skillset.
Responsibilities:
Provide high level administration and office management support to the Director and wider team
Ensure the successful day to day running of the operations
Diary and email management for the Director and wider team
Stakeholder and client management
Working closely with the bids team on tenders/bids etc
Preparation of proposals including drafting/formatting/proofing
Editing and drafting of correspondence and other documentation
Assisting with marketing intiatives
Assist in the accounts function including payables/receivables and end of month activities
Organising meetings
Organising events and team functions
Travel and accommodation bookings
Assisting with project management
Managing the CRM
Ad hoc duties as required
To be successful you must have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience within administration/office management
Experience supporting multiple executives
Previous experience within engineering/consultancy/professional services (Minimum 2 years)
Strong organisational abilities
Highly detailed
Ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter who has a strong can-do attitude
Intelligent/Commercially savvy
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Collaborative
Ability to work autonomously
Previous experience with basic accounts function
Previous experience using Xero, Canva, Google Suite/Microsoft Office
Previous experience using CRMs
Marketing co-ordination/copywriting experience
Previous experience in billing/consulting firm will be highly regarded
