About the employer

This dynamic organisation is currently amidst an organisational restructure to modernise and innovate on its approach. With connections across multiple sectors, including government, health, infrastructure and construction, the organisation is known for its commitment to innovation, culture and diversity.

About the executive

This dynamic executive works at an extremely fast pace and is passionate about transforming the organisation, to continue delivering outstanding services for its many stakeholders. The CEO is seeking a true business partner to act as a senior member of the leadership team and help enact the transformational vision they have for the company. Unusually, a fun personality is high on the list of attributes for their preferred candidate—which reflects the generous, harmonious and positive nature of the CEO. Besides a candidate with a good sense of humour, the CEO is seeking a professional with strong private sector experience, who will act as a partner and advocate in the role.

A proactive, can-do approach will be highly regarded, as will the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.  A commercial perspective, positive approach and energetic work style will be valued also.
