About the position 

This EA will be supporting the CEO, and providing additional support for the Chairman from time to time. 

Both the CEO and the chairman have demanding schedules, so an EA who relishes a fast paced organisation and who can stay one step ahead will thrive in the role. With such a people-driven organisation, strong communication, interpersonal skills and presentation is essential to success. The CEO is a straight shooter, highly organised, efficient and intelligent, and is seeking someone capable of working alongside them at that high level of strategy, business direction and stakeholder management. Meanwhile the chairman is exacting, generous and a perfectionist.

Position responsibilities 

• managing diaries and day-to-day CEO office functions 
• acting as the first point of contact for the CEO and chairman for all correspondence 
• liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external 
• ensuring the CEO and chairperson each have a schedule that allows time to focus on core organisational priorities 
• preparing for meetings including minute taking, papers, agendas, action items etc
• preparing presentations and reports
• managing travel, accommodation and event  arrangements 
• processing expenses and financial tracking 
• managing any additional ad-hoc duties as requested
• adhering to company values and policies at all times

• previous experience supporting C-suite executive/s and or multiple C-suite executives

• resilient, unflappable and confident in delivering (and receiving) feedback
• highly organised, task-oriented and efficient 
• the right to work in Australia as an Australian citizen or permanent resident
