EA to CEO - Temp - Immediate Start

The Role
Our client within the financial services space are seeking an experienced and high performing executive assistant to support their CEO. You will work as a true business partner to the CEO and wider executive team, providing oustanding secretarial and administration support as well being part of the business's strategy and objectives.
Responsiblities & Duites:
- Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Diary and calendar managment
- Preparing reports, presentations, email communication
- Drafting executive communications
- Stakeholder management and building strong relationships
- Meeting preparation including agendas, minutes, research etc
- Travel arrangements
- Attending meetings and input accordingly where required
- Expense management
- Co-ordinate and manage corporate events and functions
- Ad hoc management of special projects
- Personal errands for the CEO
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
To be successful you must have the following:
- Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive -Minimum 5 years a must
- Outgoing personality with a "can do attitude"
- Commercially savvy
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines
- Confidence and professional manner
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding presentation
- Previous experience working for an ASX Company
- Experience working with boards
- Pro-active with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO
