About the position

High performing executive assistant is sought to support the CEO of a fast-growing industry. The role is located on the central coast close to public transport and would be the ideal role for an executive assistant who enjoys working at a c-suite level within a fast pace environment who does not wish to commute to the CBD each day.

Responsibilities

• Managing the CEO’s busy diary
• High-level administration support
• Managing and accountable for new and ongoing projects
• Research and reporting
• Monthly board meeting management
• Managing other internal departments/leadership meetings
• Preparation of letters, reports & documents
• Stakeholder liaison
• Attending meetings
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Managing the reception team

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at C-suite level
• Strong organisational abilities
• Outstanding communication
• Strong written communication skills
• Confident
• Reliable
• Stable work history
• Career orientated
• Attention to detail and efficient
• Positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work in fast pace environment with a busy CEO
• Proficient in Microsoft office with strong excel and powerpoint (a must)
