About the position
To provide executive and administrative support to the Director and their sales team of leading global industrial business
Responsibilities:
- Organise the Directors day
- Arrange all meetings on behalf of the Director both internal and external stakeholders
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Creating reports, presentations, emails on behalf of the Director
- Travel management for the Director and their sales team both interstate and international
- Attending weekly sales meetings to minute meetings
- Agendas, minutes, reporting on meetings
- Follow up sales team on all required weekly/monthly reporting obligations
- Creating excel reports and spreadsheets
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Administrative tasks as required
What you need to be successful:
- Strong organisational abilities
- Advanced Excel a must
- Previous experience working with a sales team highly regarded
- Previous experience working for an industrial business
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to follow up sales team with reporting
- Great presentation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to get the job done
