About the position
My client a successful entrepreneur within technology is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Assistant to assist with their business and personal requirements. An outstanding role where you will partner with this entrepreneur and can be across all the business priorities and projects.
Responsibilities
- Diary management and co-ordination
- Oversee email and management of same
- Researching future projects and reporting
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Arranging travel both international and domestic
- Arranging meetings within various international timezones
- International and domestic travel with the entrepreneur
- Liaison with clients, prospects and other stakeholders
- Attending meetings
- Meeting management; agenda, action items, minutes, reports
- Event management
- Personal errands
- Ad hoc duties relating to the management of the office
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience supporting an entrepreneur or C-suite executive who required both business and personal support
- Highly organised, detail orientated and efficient
- Confident
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong ability to utilise initiative
- Outstanding presentation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Business/commercial savvy
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
- Resilient approach
