High level, professional and polished executive assistant is required to support Group CEO of luxury retail brand. Immediate start offered (next week).
Provide high level first class administrative and logistical business partner support to ensure the efficient running and management of the Group CEO office both within the business and personal matters.
Effective email and inbox management; end to end responsibility and coordination of daily tasks, needs, action items, and requests.
Accurate and timely diary management including the scheduling and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Book and schedule appointments, ensuring accurate and appropriate timing/needs for all bookings.
End to end travel coordination and management, including flights, accommodation, transport, logistics, VISA documentation and other travel needs as required.
Ability to adapt and respond to changes in diary, appointment, and travel schedules; anticipate any issues or concerns and escalate immediately.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, as required.
Organise and attend meetings/appointments (when required), and ensuring the Managing Director and CEO is well prepared for meetings.
Be a point of contact/coordinator for a range of staff and external stakeholder where necessary; where necessary, take ownership of any action steps, anticipated outcomes or follow up.
Provide project support for specific projects by way of administrative tasks, including following up stakeholders, fielding calls, managing correspondence, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations etc.
Write and issue correspondence and emails to stakeholders and providers.
All administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc in order to carry out all duties.
Previous experience supporting C-suite executive or HNWI
Strong organisational abilities with sound ability to prioritise and multitask
