About the position
The leadership team is seeking a driven self-starter to support them in optimising operational efficiency. By providing administrative support in an efficient, accurate, and positive manner, you will help shape processes and identify improvement opportunities.
You will bring your exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and organisational skills to assist the team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the business. Through your flexible, authentic, and team-based focus, you will support the business in achieving further growth, strategic goals, and purpose-led outcomes.

Position responsibilities
Administrative tasks
diary management, personal and professional travel arrangement, and other duties as required
assist executive team with scheduling, preparing communications and documents and other tasks related to the organisations’ governance boards and committees
preparation for external meetings e.g. scheduling, catering, room set up etc
arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel bookings and transportation
help plan and execute internal team and culture building events
general administrative and communication tasks that may include general inquiries, desktop research, maintaining contact databases, website maintenance and assist in events execution
Office management
management of office and facilities including maintenance, vendor contracts and relationships
support office efficiency and culture by maintaining appearance of common areas, developing procedures, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment
manage all aspects of the organisation’s infrastructure requirements including future office searches, moves and fit-outs.

Preferred skills and experience
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in office management and/or as an assistant in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, ideally combined with qualifications in Business Administration or similar
