About the position 

The CEO is ready to achieve aggressive growth and success targets and needs a senior level EA to provide high-end strategic support. Highly experienced, top-performing candidates with the ability to settle quickly into the role will be well regarded. Position responsibilities

• Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Calendar & schedule management 
• Preparing reports, presentations, email communication
• Drafting executive communications
• Stakeholder management and building strong relationships
• Multifaceted business projects
• Meeting preparation including agendas, minutes, research, pre & post meeting etc
• Travel arrangements 
• Attending meetings and input accordingly where required
• Expense management
• Co-ordinate and manage corporate events and functions
• Ad hoc management of special projects
• Personal errands for the CEO
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

To be successful you must have the following:

• Previous experience (minimum 7 years+) as EA to CEO of a leading organisation
• Outgoing personality with a "can do attitude"
• Pro-active with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO
• Commercially savvy
• Technically savvy
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines
• Strong initiative
• Confidence in providing strategic support and insight
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding presentation and professional
• Previous experience working for an ASX Company highly regarded
• Experience working with boards
