About the position

We’re seeking a confident, experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director of a successful HR consultancy. Providing support on a part-time basis this role offers executive assistant to the CEO. Based in [location] this job offers plenty of scope to provide senior-level executive support. The CEO is a dynamic company leader seeking a driven, organised EA to support the delivery of an aggressive growth strategy for the business. The EA will ensure each day is productive, energised and smoothly managed to ensure optimum performance.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Directors diary
  • Email management
  • Writing, preparing and formatting reports and presentations
  • Client liaison including attending meetings
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Travel arrangements both interstate and international (both business/personal travel arrangements)
  • Arranging events including new service launches, team meetings, dinners, lunches, networking events
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses
  • Social media management
  • Managing any ad hoc duties as requested by the Director

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting executive level management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Personable and engaging
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Bubbly & outgoing personality
  • Attention to detail and efficient
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with strong excel and powerpoint (a must)
  • three years of experience in a similar role
