About the position
The female CEO is a warm and caring executive seeking an executive assistant who can provide high-level support in a partner capacity. As a not-for-profit/government organisation, the EA will be required to take care of plenty of record-keeping, and meeting management, including agendas, minutes and stakeholder liaison. The successful candidate will support the values of the organisation and hold themselves to a high standard of organisation, professionalism, and time management. The CEO is seeking to build a strong relationship with her EA, working closely with a supportive partner who understands the organisation, the KPIs of the CEO and the important role they play in providing support on a strategic and administrative level.
Position responsibilities
providing a high level of meeting support including meeting agendas, minutes and reporting
managing the CEOs busy diary and ensuring time is allocated to most important tasks and priorities
understanding and supporting the vision of the CEO and the company
liaising with stakeholders including the Board, executives and clients
preparing supporting documentation for the CEO, including presentations, reports, and strategic plans as required
managing all aspects of the CEOs travel - approximately 5-7 business trips per year
The ideal candidate will have:
strong previous experience as a high-level EA
ability to work within a team and independently
high levels of initiative and self-motivation
ability to proactively identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency
keen sense of organisation, time management and attention to detail
professional and courteous written and spoken communication skills
ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
strong proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word Excel and PowerPoint
confidence, empathy and a relationship-driven approach to collaboration and teamwork
passion for the healthcare industry and wanting to make a true difference at work
