Immediate opportunity is available for a high-level, high performing executive assistant to support the CEO of successful NFP based in Canberra. Outstanding leader who requires strong executive administrative support operating as a business partner.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as a true business partner to the CEO
• Providing senior strategic support
• Managing a busy diary and ensuring priorities are met
• Correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Liaising with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO and be proactive
• Writing, preparing, formatting reports and presentations
• Management of meetings including agendas, minutes and action item follow up
• Travel arrangements
• General administrative duties as required

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior leader (minimum 5 years)
• True understanding of the business partner role supporting a high level executive
• Strong organisational abilities
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work at an extremely fast pace/everchanging priorities/environment
• Strong initiative and naturally proactive
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to hit the ground running
• NFP experience highly regarded
• Must be available for immediate start
