The Role
A privately owned investment enterprise led by two high-net-worth principals is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant to support across both business and family domains.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring exceptional professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage varied personalities with calm confidence, discretion, and unwavering organisation. You will be the central coordination point for corporate priorities, personal commitments, complex travel, family logistics, and household administration.
This position suits someone highly presentable, articulate, and comfortable operating in environments where expectations are high, standards matter, and trust is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex diaries, shifting priorities and competing demands across two senior leaders
Coordinate domestic & international travel, itineraries, logistics and reservations
Ensure leaders are fully prepared for meetings, presentations and key engagements
Draft, review and finalise correspondence, reports and sensitive documents
Liaise professionally with internal teams, advisors and external partners
Personal & Family Support
Build trusted relationships with family members and act as a discreet point of contact
Coordinate family schedules, appointments, travel and personal commitments
Oversee household administration: service providers, trades, maintenance and domestic support
Manage gifting, special occasions, reservations, purchases and personal errands
Assist with personal finances, expenses and administrative matters
Operations & Administration
Screen and prioritise communications requiring urgent attention
Maintain secure filing systems across business and personal matters
Reconcile expenses, statements and invoices
Support logistics for corporate and family events
Conduct research and prepare briefings or reports as required
Work seamlessly across both corporate and private family environments
About You
5+ years in a senior EA/PA role supporting multiple leaders
Preferably experience supporting HNWI or Entrepreneurs/Founders
Experience managing both business and family/personal responsibilities
Immaculate presentation and polished communication
Calm, confident, emotionally intelligent and highly professional
Able to anticipate needs and stay ahead of shifting priorities
Strong discretion and maturity in handling confidential matters
Exceptional organisational skills, follow-through and autonomy
Comfortable navigating varied personalities and high expectation environments
