Within this role, you will provide exceptional administrative and coordination support services to this HNWI/F across all of their businesses and personal interests. With a reputation for being self-motivated, you are well prepared to provide invaluable assistance through your ability to anticipate needs and deliver on outcomes, while remaining flexible in your attitude and schedule. Additionally your sense of humour, warmth, and approachable nature will allow you to represent your employers in a manner befitting their caring and respectful personalities. Your genuine care for the family and business interests will be highly valued and rewarded accordingly.
Finally, your previous experience supporting HNWI/Families or entrepreners will cement your suitability for this role, ensuring you can hit the ground running in this varied and challenging position.
Position responsibilities
maintaining an understanding of family diaries and providing high level administration support
providing assistance to your employers on matters relating to personal and business interests including liaising with professional service providers and contractors/Family Office obligations
researching and managing a range of projects to deliver within agreed timeframes
be proactive in instigating strategic planning and goal setting
manage and attend meetings on behalf of the HNWI
manage and co-ordinate residential projects as well as facilitate the management of portfolio of investments (maintenance etc)
coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, including preparation of detailed and clear itineraries
coordinating paperwork, signatory obligations and authorisations where required
event planning and execution
transporation ie limo bookings etc
other duties as reasonably directed

Preferred skills and experience
minimum 7 years’ experience supporting entrepreneurial, HNWI or HNWF or Csuite executive where you have provided personal assistant duties
have full rights to work in Australia
full NSW drivers license and own vehicle and excellent driving record
role offered on full-time permanent employee basis with all entitlements and benefits - applications from freelance or agency virtual PAs will not be accepted
applicants living within 30 minutes of the hills district will be highly regarded
psychometrical profiling will be part of the interview process
