The Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to support a highly successful high-net-worth principal in a private, lifestyle-focused Personal Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar.

This role calls for a proactive, emotionally intelligent, and highly organised male Personal Assistant to manage the principal’s day-to-day life with discretion, loyalty, and finesse. You will act as a gatekeeper and trusted right hand, providing end-to-end personal support in collaboration with household and executive teams. Frequent international travel, including to London, may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• ·       Manage complex personal calendars and appointments

• ·       Book global travel and luxury accommodation

• ·       Run errands and manage household administration

• ·       Coordinate events, special occasions, and private engagements

• ·       Conduct personal shopping and gift sourcing

• ·       Arrange healthcare and wellness appointments

• ·       Research holidays, create itineraries, and oversee travel logistics

• ·       Organise chauffeurs and private transfers

• ·       Oversee home maintenance or renovations

Requirements

• Prior experience supporting a ultra high-net-worth individual or family office

• Cultural awareness and professional discretion

• Strong personal organisation and problem-solving skills

• Warmth, humility, and a proactive mindset

• Willingness to relocate to Doha and work flexibly (travel, evenings, weekends as needed)

• Outstanding presentation skills and grooming, with the confidence to accompany the principal to high profile events, corporate meetings and social engagements

• High degree of emotional intelligence
