About Altitude EA
Altitude EA is a boutique executive assistant recruitment agency partnering with CEOs, founders, and high-level decision-makers across Australia and internationally.
We specialise in the placement of high-calibre Executive Assistants within corporate, private, and family office environments — where discretion, judgement, and precision matter.
Our model is relationship-led, quality-driven, and built on a deep understanding of the Executive Assistant profession.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable, commercially aware Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is not a traditional EA role.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-trust, high-impact position where you will:
operate as a true right hand
bring structure and momentum to a growing business
and gain exposure to high-level clients and environments
The Role
Working directly with the Founder of a specialist executive assistant recruitment business, you will be involved across:
role and pipeline coordination
client and candidate engagement
marketing and brand execution
event coordination and networking
business operations and systems
This is a hands-on role requiring initiative, judgement, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage active recruitment pipelines and ensure consistent progress across roles
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups with clients and candidates
Support client onboarding, including preparation of engagement documentation
Create and manage LinkedIn content, job postings, and website updates
Design and format polished documents (Canva, proposals, candidate packs)
Coordinate boutique networking events across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane
Source venues, manage guest lists, and oversee event logistics
Maintain internal systems, templates, and workflows
Provide direct support to the Founder, including calendar management and prioritisation
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who operates with a high level of ownership and professionalism.
You are:
Proactive and commercially aware — you understand the importance of clients, momentum, and outcomes
Well-presented and confident in high-level environments — comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Naturally organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple moving priorities
Digitally capable — confident across modern tools, platforms, and systems
Calm, solutions-focused, and self-directed
You do not wait to be told what to do — you anticipate, act, and follow through.
Networking & Presence
This role suits someone who:
enjoys being in professional, high-level environments
is comfortable attending events and representing the brand
values relationship-building and connection
is either well-networked or confident building networks over time
Technical Capability
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Advanced capability in Canva and document formatting
Experience managing website backends and uploading content
Comfortable working with CRMs, databases, and digital tools
Strong general technology confidence
Why This Role
This is an opportunity to step into a role that offers more than traditional Executive Assistant support.
You will gain:
Exposure to CEOs, founders, and high-level decision-makers
Involvement in a specialist executive assistant recruitment business
Opportunity to attend and support curated networking events
Potential interstate travel (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane)
Exposure to international clients and environments overtime
A clear pathway to grow into recruitment or advisory responsibilities
Working Structure
Sydney-based (hybrid role)
Opportunity for in-person collaboration with the Founder
Part-time or full-time considered
