About the position
As a member of the leadership team, you will influence strategic direction and act as a key enabler for delivering upon objectives. Former exposure to HR-related practices and tasks will prepare you for success in this role, allowing collaboration with the HR Business Partner on HRIS maintenance, on-boarding, off-boarding, and contracting duties. By executing critical organisational and administrative tasks with excellence, you will support your CEO and executive leadership team to complete crucial outcomes. Using your previous EA experience, strong interpersonal skills, and superb communication abilities, you will easily build and nurture meaningful relationships with external and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and autonomous individual with a high level of discretion and initiative.
Position responsibilities
Coordination
manage the diary of the CEO, including arranging meeting logistics as required
coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and other members of the leadership team
event management for internal and external company functions
coordinate internal and external meetings including taking and distributing detailed minutes
partner with external providers including travel, hospitality, and catering providers
contribute to the long-term operational excellence of the business
monitor and drive initiatives for and on behalf of the leadership team as required
Reporting and documentation
coordinate, collate, and draft regular reporting and communications on the behalf of the CEO and leadership team
maintenance of electronic filing
provide HR Advisory support to the HR Business Partner including;
drafting of employee contracts, letters and other HR correspondence
HRIS maintenance (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, PDP cycle); and other duties as required
Qualities you’ll need to succeed

strong minute taking skills, with an ability to synthesise conversations real-time into clear measurable actions
ability to deliver company functions and events according to an agreed budget
Preferred skills and experience
minimum 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional environment, actively supporting the leadership team and/or senior levels of management
experience in HR or a related field is desirable but not essential
intermediate to advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
