The Role:

Prominent executive within the legal profession requires an experienced executive assistant to provide high level administrative support.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Providing high level administrative support to the company director/reporting to

• Email and diary management

• Preparation and drafting of documents, letters, reports and presentations

• Travel arrangements

• Arranging conferences, lunches, breakfasts and other events as required

• Client and stakeholder liaison

• Meeting attendance/minute taking and managing papers

• Invoice and expense management

• Adhoc personal errands as required

Experience & skills:

• Previous experience supporting a C-suite executive for a minimum of 5 years

• Legal or professional services experience highly regarded

• Ability to work within a micro team/1:1 role

• Strong organisational ability

• Outstanding communication and presentation

• Self-starter/self motivated

• Initiative
