About the position

Your stellar ability to influence, and assertive nature will shine in this role, helping your leader to decide upon urgent tasks, what can be delayed or declined. Requiring superb interpersonal skills, you will know when to stand firm and when to be flexible, when to support others, and when to find a solution to a problem yourself. Calm under pressure, you will be comfortable interacting with senior business leaders and politicians, to professionally represent your employer. This role will demand a keen attention to detail, allowing your leader to focus on the strategic view. You will also apply a project management mindset to juggle changing priorities, deliverables and deadlines. Position responsibilities
curate and prioritise the inventory of actions and projects for your executive leader
manage your leader’s diary for maximum productivity, and guide our Team Administrator to schedule meetings appropriately
assist with goal-setting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
perform regular analysis of your leader’s time to identify further optimisation opportunities
manage and deliver upon multiple projects
consider and contribute to strategic direction
capture and record actions, ideas, projects and reference material from notes, meetings, emails and phone calls
delegate or action tasks and projects appropriately
lead the ‘Office and Team Administrator’, and provide direction to other members of the team as required

Preferred skills and experience
minimum 7 years experience supporting c-suite executives or project management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment ideally and highly regarded if you have worked with a HNWI/environment
Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience related to business, administration or operations
you will have previously excelled in a role managing a complex portfolio of competing priorities, planning the work of others, and ensuring delivery of projects to required deadlines
a proven track record of inspiring action, influencing decision-making and finding solutions to problems
previous experience in a project management or coordination role will be highly regarded
