Position responsibilities
electronic and paper diary management, personal and professional travel arrangements, and other duties as required
coordinate personal and professional appointments to align with those of other family member commitments
manage correspondence
management of paperwork, signatory obligations and authorisations where required
assistance with electronic banking tasks
manage board arrangements including attendance registers, board papers, agendas and minutes on behalf of the owners
assist in the management of strata properties
organise and liaison of repairs and maintenance of home/s
event planning and execution
assistance with household errands such as prescription and dry cleaning collection
Qualities you’ll need to succeed
caring, warm and patient disposition
exceptional level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness in all confidential matters
flexible, resourceful and hardworking attitude
excellent organisational and time management skills
strong written and oral communication skills
commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
excellent computer and administrative skills
Preferred skills and experience
at least 7 years’ experience supporting entrepreneurial or HWNI employer
have full rights to work in Australia
full NSW driver license with excellent driving record
current WWCC and Police check
