 We are supporting a discerning, high-profile couple in search of a Private Personal Assistant to oversee the smooth running of their personal world — from travel preparation and lifestyle coordination to at-home logistics and diary management.

 This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on trust, and can bring beauty, order and professionalism into a private, fast-moving household.

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee and coordinate the couple’s personal diary and lifestyle commitments

• Manage household-related appointments, bookings and external service providers (e.g. maintenance, deliveries, private bookings)

• Liaise with stylists, designers, and coordinate outfits and packing for both local and international travel

• Assist with event planning and hosting — from intimate dinners to private gatherings

• Coordinate restaurant bookings, travel arrangements and personal errands

• Coordinate professional/business schedule with personal matters

• Bring clarity and rhythm to their home life with warmth and initiative

 The Ideal Candidate:

•  Dynamic and discreet — with previous PA experience supporting HNWI or entrepreneurs

• Professionally presented, confident, and highly emotionally intelligent

• Exceptionally organised with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident working autonomously and managing evolving needs

• Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and comfortable with changing plans

• A natural eye for style and aesthetics — ideally with exposure to fashion, events, or creative environments
