About the position
Within this virtual role, you will provide exceptional administrative and coordination support services to this HNWF across all of their businesses and personal interests. With a reputation for being self-motivated, you are well prepared to provide invaluable assistance through your ability to anticipate needs and deliver on outcomes, while remaining flexible in your attitude and schedule. Additionally your sense of humour, warmth, and approachable nature will allow you to represent your employers in a manner befitting their caring and respectful personalities.
As a valued team member, you will demonstrate your ability to work autonomously to manage competing projects, implement continuous improvement practices, and to act as a bridge between the family and their stakeholders. Your reliable, trustworthy and committed nature will see you functioning as an intuitive and dedicated member of this small team, while coordinating varying expectations and deadlines.
Finally, your previous experience in financial management processes and HR-related tasks will cement your suitability for this role, ensuring you can hit the ground running in this varied and challenging position.
Position responsibilities
maintaining an understanding of family diaries and providing high level administration support
providing assistance to your employers on matters relating to personal and business interests including liaising with professional service providers and contractors
researching and managing a range of projects to deliver within agreed timeframes
coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, including preparation of detailed and clear itineraries
providing financial management support with expense claims, reporting, raising invoices, and reconciling accounts
coordinating HR processes including
administering wages
onboarding of staff
managing leave rosters
liaising with HR provider to maintain records and compliance with contract and Fair Work obligations
coordinating paperwork, signatory obligations and authorisations where required
other duties as reasonably directed

Preferred skills and experience
minimum 7 years’ experience supporting entrepreneurial, HNWI or C-Suite executives where you have supported persoal aspects will be highly regarded and given preference
proficient in Microsoft Office, Google platforms and Xero
sound bookkeeping knowledge would be advantageous
current police check or willingness to obtain
preparedness to sign non-disclosure agreement
