The Role

A discreet, polished and highly capable Private PA is required to support a respected ultra-high-net-worth family in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The role requires exceptional organisation, flexibility, and emotional intelligence to manage the rhythm of a private household and the demanding pace of a principal with multiple business and philanthropic interests.

The PA is responsible for ensuring life runs seamlessly behind the scenes, often acting as the quiet force that holds everything together.

Key Responsibilities

•  Full calendar, travel and logistics for the principal and family

• Liaising with household staff, vendors, stylists, and service providers

• High-level gift sourcing, personal shopping and event coordination

• Discreet handling of confidential correspondence, bookings and preferences

• Managing personal admin and travel briefs/itineraries - domestic & international

• Managing some aspects of personal investment portfolio

Ideal Candidate Profile

•  5+ years in private support for HNW/UHNW individuals or families (this role is predominately supporting a principal however some support will be required to the family)

• Discretion and diplomacy are second nature

• Experience managing luxury lifestyle needs with poise and taste

• Adaptability to everchanging landscape

• Creative flair both in fashion and interior design

• Ability to travel both domestic and international from time to time and short notice

• Available afterhours/before hours if required (the role is 9am to 5pm)

• Calm, resourceful, and solutions-focused at all times
